FARM EQUIPMENT
Coal and water had to be hauled to the engine, which could be hard to manage. Each farmer furnished his own coal with a trip to the coal mine. One man furnished the water, which had to be pumped - from rivers, or creeks; windmills weren't sufficient to supply enough.
