Uses for these crops are many. People will be amazed what corn is used for. Chips to sweeteners, etc. A manufacturer who will research a crop for products needs a stable-priced crop and stable supply to insure profits later. Consumers hear about products from corn through cows. Gives examples.
FOOD & MEALS
"King Corn" documentary made by two students implied obesity problems could be caused by overeating diet with one such product as corn. Hard to eat less when there is good tasting variety. Better than famine. When we do not have to do such physical labor, have to eat less or exercise more. Exercise can be boring. Not just corn abundant. He blames restaurant portions. Variety is tremendous in groceries. He lived in the best of times. Experienced subsistence living as a child. He has no guilt about increased production.
