Discussion of his work on Agriculture Committee including grain elevators, and listening to Illinois Agricultural Association. Good discussion of issues associated with grain elevators going out of business & protection of farmers from associated losses. Believes judges need to quit protecting banks when grain elevators go bankrupt.
