Families of hired help can come visit occasionally. Every year the people who own the farm have a picnic at the farm for all the families. They'll also have a dinner for the employees to keep them involved. Nate's father works on the farm too, they are a management team.
TOWNS
Gets along nicely with the neighbors. Says they have a good relationship with the schools, the sheriff's department, and some of the construction workers. Establishing relationship with the neighbors is very important.
CHANGES IN FARMING METHODS
