- James' father took him to a faith healer who lived in a log cabin. James had disease in one foot. the man, Mr. Earnst, sat down on the dirt floor, took his foot in his hands, and talked to him. Dad noticed James was asleep very soon, after having been up for days and nights in pain. Dad took him home and it got well.
