Farmers Are Good Stewards of the Land

- Weldon thinks farmers are good at controlling erosion. They are good stewards of the land. Control of erosion is smart thing to do. Not controlling erosion costs farmer money. Recently the 208 clean water bill was passed with the goal of zero erosion by 2005 but thinks it will not happen because erosion is inevitable.
