Discusses the types of crop he raises, such as corn, soybeans and alfalfa. Mentions the 100 mile diet.
ORGANIC FARMING
Discusses how he became a certified organic farmer, the three year period of not using chemicals on the land, type of food the livestock eat, etc. The chickens eat corn while the cattle eat oats and alfalfa.
