- Difficulties in Ag education. Teacher works 12 months, & classroom management is difficult because of the range of students. FFA schedule is hard on the teacher. Uses multiple intelligences strategies. Gives faster students more work. Uses peer tutoring. Teach texts, then FFA contest hands-on event. Breed rabbits for genetics learning. FFA projects teach him, too. Have a 32 acre farm at the school.
