- FARM BUSINESS
- Fruit growing moves slowly. No GM crops. Move to higher density production in apples and peaches. Post-handling of fruit is better. Good for non-local growers, but local growers can produce riper fruit that tastes better. Emotional value in the farm. Need clear understanding among all the family. Outside advisors help, open meetings of shareholders. Compares his efforts with results of his ancestors. Have urban encroachment now.

- Has a daughter, 4 and son, 1. They are from Korea and China. He hopes he can make the farms an interesting option for them to choose.
