- REFLECTIONS
- Talks about the future of farming. Says she sees bigger farms, fewer people involved, smaller families, bigger machinery for the future. Her parents didn't lose farm during the Depression. Lived simply, education was different for boys and girls. Talks about her family and education.
- POULTRY
- Got the pea fowl from a neighbor with a rooster and several hens. People would come see the birds because they were so beautiful. Pea fowls mate for life. The peafowl became their trademark and then Eileen's logo when started writing. Peacocks only fly when in danger.
- REFLECTIONS
- Says for her future generations she would hope that all the generations would honor and love the things that they've been taught and teach it to their children and live a life in the community guided by their spiritual, educational and economical principles.
