After President Nixon instilled soybean embargo, Japan looked for another market and found Brazil and Argentina. They put millions of yen into developing the soybean industry. Prior to this, America was literally alone in the soybean market. Today we must pay attention to these farmers, they know what they're doing and they have the resources. We're still working together to research food for India and Africa.
