- Wine is held in bonding room and sold to public or shipped to wholesalers. Sales have been increasing daily, but average six to ten cases sold a day, more on weekends. People hear about the winery from others or see highway signs and come from Chicago, England, Australia and all parts of the country.
- FACILITIES
- Mr. Russell shows the wine cellar and the main building from the outside. He shows the vineyards where they're growing three acres of vidal's which produce four to five tons a year. Japanese beetles have been a problem. The field was planted in 2000, they used irrigation, and has not been troubled with disease.
