- David Seibert was born in 1944 in Belleville, Illinois and raised on a livestock and grain farm in St. Clair County Illinois. After graduating from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 1968, David managed the University of Illinois Swine Nutrition Research Farm and currently is the Area Livestock Advisor and Animal Systems Educator for the U of I Extension Service.
