- HIRED HELP
- Talks about never needing any hired help except for one guy, a neighbor, who helps on the weekends. Reason they don't need hired help, they have really sophisticated electronics and technology.

- Talks about the cool wet spring they had and how the soil has been very saturated, and it needs be dried out because it isn't good for the no till process.
- FARM BUSINESS
- Talks about his use for diesel fuel and other commodities, like DAP, seeds and fertilizer, and how the prices affect the farm.
- REFLECTIONS
- Talks about how its amazing to see his crop improve over a 30 year period and how he's been lucky enough to have flown fighter jets and work for two major companies. He couldn't see himself do anything else but farm. He mentions how his son does all the technological stuff and if it wasn't for him, he's not sure if he'd be able to do it.
