- LAND ACQUISITION
- Bob talks about the financial struggle he had with his shop. He says one day he went looking for real estate and found a nice 1863, 2 story house. He then decided to buy it and make a vineyard and winery out of it. He originally was going to buys houses, fix them up and sell them.
- CROPS
- Talks about the going from apples to peaches. Says he'd see tons of cars from Missouri coming into his county just to buy fruit. Also talks about how they bulldozed the trees out of the orchard. Discusses how he makes wine from both peaches and grapes. Thinks the peach wine will go somewhere. Talks about how he wants to sell commercially but needs a state license. Only has a local license. Has seven acres of peaches and four acres of grapes.

- Wife Cindy works at Alton Mental Health and his from Calhoun County, in Hardin.
