Oregano is perrinial so they replant about every five years. Part of the mint family. During the hot summer months they harvest basil. Dill and cilantro are harvested during the fall. Onions and chives are harvested all the time. They plant and harvest three beds at a time. After the wagon is filled, it goes to the water sprayer.
