- CROPS
- The crops are kept in a cooler after they are cut. Then they are freeze dried, screen for sizes, passed through a metal detector, go through a labratory, and then to the warehouse. In the labratory there is a crew who checks the produce for chemicals and bacteria. Kelly Mann is one of the scientists in the labratory. Samples are sent out to customers who request them. Labratory analyses are sent with the samples. The samples are kept in a sample room. In the same building is the main office of Van Drunen Farms.
