- WINE
- Wine is stored in wooden barrels in the basement. The basement has strong wooden beams and a stone foundation. Made hard apple cider and concord grape wine. Uses used barrels from Jack Daniels distillery but is buying new ones. Plans to build an alleyway to a new shed to move wine out.
- FARMHOUSE
- Tore down a wall and leveled floor. Going to stone the floor. Built new stairs. House will eventually be a bed and breakfast. Rewire the electricity.
- REFLECTION
- Would like to see more vineyards and wineries in the area. Bring in more tourists. Family farm has been in the family for generations and no idea if own kids are going to follow. It's important to keep it in the family. Don't be afraid to change.
