- Has 9 children between 32 to 15. 6 girls and 3 boys. His twins were born on central Illinois' hottest recorded day - it was 112.6 degrees. None of the children were born in hospital. Had not known that the children would be twins. Children all went to Petersburg High School, and first 6 have finished college. Can not recall any health issues. Lists his children's educations and careers. Thinks any of the children, boys and girls, might run the farm someday.
