- TRANSPORTATION
- Footage of wagons full of produce being sprayed with water. They keep it under the water for three or four hours. It is around 50 degrees. A man checks the wagons to make sure the loads are even. When they unload the wagons, a belt moves the product to the end and then a tumbler gets rid of the bugs. Then they are washed and frozen.

- Wheat grass is sold as a health food.
